In my 30 years of practicing law I have gone from defending NYC under the Student Practice Order as a law student, to working as an associate in both plaintiffs' personal injury and general liability defense firms. This background has allowed me to continue in private practice since 2012.
In the past 12 years as a solo practitioner I have obtained six figure jury verdicts in the Bronx, Queens, New York and Dutchess Counties in automobile cases involving no fractures or surgeries. I have obtained seven figure settlements in property related cases. My practice encompasses premises liability, automobile liability, labor law, as well as civil rights.
